Notispace is an Android app developed by Wanakerta, an independent developer based in Indonesia. This policy explains what data Notispace processes and how it is used when you use the app.
What data Notispace processes
When you turn on Notification Access, Android may pass information from other apps’ notifications to Notispace. This may include the app name, title, text, time, category, channel, and other metadata available in the notification.
Notispace also stores the settings you choose, including enabled apps, Auto Dismiss rules, keywords, stars, pause settings, critical-notification protection, and history retention. The installed-app list and icons shown in the app are also stored or cached locally.
How we use the data
Notispace uses this data to save and display history, run searches and statistics, apply your settings, remove history according to your retention choice, and create a CSV or JSON file when you request an export.
When Auto Dismiss is enabled, Notispace may ask Android to cancel notifications that match your rules. A notification from a disabled app may still be processed for Auto Dismiss if it matches an applicable rule.
Local storage
Your Notispace history and settings live in the app’s storage on your device. Notispace does not upload them to Wanakerta.
The data stays on your device until you delete it, automatic cleanup removes it, you clear the app’s data, or you uninstall the app. Starred notifications are protected from bulk clearing and retention cleanup.
Android backups may follow your device or account settings. However, Notispace does not guarantee that its database can be restored through those backups.
Data exports
You can export your history as CSV or JSON using Android’s file picker. An export may contain notification text, app identity, times, and other available metadata.
The file is created at the location you choose. Once it has been created, that copy is outside Notispace’s control. You are responsible for storing, protecting, sharing, or deleting it safely.
Other services
Notispace uses Android capabilities such as Notification Access, local storage, the file picker, the installed-app list, and Google Play. Android, Google Play, the operating system, and other apps may process data under their own policies.
Notispace does not sell your data, show ads, or use notification history to build a cross-app advertising profile.
Deleting your data
You can delete an individual notification, clear unstarred history, set a retention period, or clear the app’s data using the controls available on your device.
Uninstalling the app also removes local data from its storage. If you have created an export, delete it from the folder or storage service where you saved it. Clearing Notispace’s data does not delete copies exported outside the app.
Children
Notispace is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through an online server.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, technical practices, or applicable law change. We will update the “Last updated” date when we make a change. Where practical, we will communicate material changes through the app, website, or app listing.
